Every WenderVista tile is made to order in Knoxville, Tennessee. Yes, we accept returns.
Damaged in transit: if your tile arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement. No return needed.
Other returns: we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Once the item arrives back in good condition, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method, usually within five business days of receipt.
